The work in Arcus  Asset Management is divided into six departments, as we implement the principle of responsibility diversification among the employees. It is not allowed for one employee to bear the responsibility of approval, execution, financial reporting and control over the deals with financial instruments.

 

In connection with the latter, employees from Portfolio management and financial consultations Department prepare proposals for the management of portfolios, and then the execution of the deals has to be approved by the CEO, while the employees from Settlement Department prepare the documentation needed in order for each deal to be executed.

 

The financial reporting is conducted by the Accounting Department. Compliance Department ensures the observance of the relative legal framework. Risk Management Department controls the financial and operative risks connected with the management of portfolios and mutual funds, as well as the other financial services offered by the company.
